1974 Traynor YGL-3A Mark III

Another Traynor amp built like a brick outhouse. Gigantic transformers in a large 50-pound head cabinet help produce 100 watts through four EL34s (or E34Ls which are currently in the amp, just in case even more clean headroom is needed). Unreasonably and gloriously loud, but there is a master volume to save your ears. The reverb and tremolo are both quite strong. Overall a good sounding amp that is actually usable at less than window-shattering volumes.

Power Amp: 4 x E34L

Preamp: 5 x 12AX7, EL84 (reverb driver)

Rectifier: Solid state

Effects: Reverb, Tremolo

Controls: Channel 1 - Boost, Volume, treble, middle, bass. Channel 2 - Boost, Volume, treble, middle, bass, reverb, speed, intensity. Master gain (both channels)
